M&S Interealty is a firm that provides wide range of services connected with conveyancing procedures and formalities relating to documental preparation and review, management, advice and all necessary actions for the safe purchase and sale of properties in Spain, as well as inheritance proceedings, or dissolution of joint estates. We also specialise in financing purchases through most convenient mortgages, with regular analysis on major banks to offer the best possible conditions to our clients.

Other related services are connected with re-mortgaging, assignment of properties to banks in exchange of mortgages, and feasibility studies.

Providing fiscal representation is essential to sustain the fulfilment of our clients’ obligations in Spain, as well as other aspects like drawing up and translating Spanish Wills, dealing with leases, arranging all kinds of insurances, etc.

Our services, always through the appropriate professionals, include preparing, translating or reviewing private purchase-sale contracts, carrying out significant searches at different Local Authorities, organising completion of Title Deeds, among many others. Translation to different languages ​​of all types of documents: Official Documents, Letters, Contracts, Certificates… either by simultaneous translation or in computer support.
